Amazing Customer Service.

I’ve been playing for 25 years, been to a lot of shops in that time and dealt with a lot of people in the industry. I recently saw a used guitar on the site that was priced to move and was in perfect condition. I called in and spoke with Doug, dude is a character and in a good way, fun to deal with and really knows his stuff.
He had the guitar pulled out and ready to play in a private room. Amazing customer service. Well, a week later I was back in to check out a PRS Paul Guitar, and again, excellent customer service and another great deal. I can’t say enough good things about this operation.
Bottom line is that there is more high end gear in one spot than I’ve ever seen, private demo rooms, great staff, and good prices. Now, they just need to get some Mesa Amps in there and it will be the perfect guitar shop! Thanks WWG and Doug, you guys rock.
