Alluringly warm-looking thanks to its mix of a roasted butternut body and claro walnut top, the Artisan Claro Walnut Tele effortlessly melds distinctively upscale looks with traditional Fender sound and design. A Fender Custom Shop original, crafted for the fearless player who’s eager to stand out on stage, this Tele is the pinnacle of elegance and playability.
Two hand-wound Custom Shop 1958 single-coil Telecaster pickups provide authentic vintage-style tone, with all the snarling bite and twang that made the Tele a legend. The neck sports a comfortably speedy “ ’63 C”-shaped profile, capped by a 9.5”-12” compound-radius fingerboard that’s rounded near the nut for comfortable chording, flattening out towards the upper registers for fear-free bending.
