The frets are original and in good condition, with a good amount of crown on top of them, so this instrument plays nicely, up and down the fretboard without issues. Swamp Ash body that weights in at 9.2 lbs. The pickups have a nice balance to them, with the neck pickup having a full and bassy tonality to it’s overall sound. These hardtail examples are getting harder to find, so this solid player’s guitar is worth considering.
