Gibson’s legendary “Workhorse” is available for a limited time with a rare custom Brown finish and vintage-inspired ‘60s appointments for the Limited Edition 1960’s J-45 Brown Top.

Made with the classic J-45 tonewood combo, the Limited Edition 1960’s J-45 Brown Top features a Sitka spruce top with traditional hand-scalloped “X” bracing and mahogany back & sides. The short-scale mahogany neck is shaped into a comfortably rounded profile and capped with a smooth-playing rosewood ‘board for a superb playing feel. Vintage-style accents include a ‘60s-style white pickguard, Grover strap cream button tuning machines, a bone nut, and a gold Gibson headstock decal. For modern performance, this traditionally-appointed 1960’s J-45 Brown Top comes equipped with LR Baggs VTC electronics. Comes complete with hardshell case.
