The GS or "Grand Symphony" body style is a completely new design from Bob Taylor himself. The design's goal is a guitar with a deep, piano-like bass with more volume and low-end sustain complimented by full, rich mids and clear, balanced highs; this spruce/rosewood combo is a perfect example of that. The bass is deep and mysterious while the highs are crisp and bright. I don't know how they did it, but they made a perfect guitar. Abalone rosette adds a touch of sparkle to the body and the included deluxe hard shell case keeps it all protected. |
